Finding Better Health
Finding Better Health write sprawling anthems for the end of the movie, or the start of the drunken march home. They're the soundtrack for hearts that are full, broken, or somewhere in between.
After building a following with a string of celebrated singles and ferocious local shows, the Sydney quintet released their long-awaited debut EP “A Place I Once Called Home” in February of 2026. The EP saw an expansion of their usual blend of emo and post-hardcore with shades of folk and country, all the while maintaining the urgency and earnestness that has defined their work since the band's inception.
“Musically, it's the band at their most immediate yet. Still emo-leaning, still expansive, but tighter, sharper, and more willing to let things break a little.” - Music Feeds
To celebrate the EP, the group embarked on their debut East Coast tour, which included a sold-out hometown show at Sydney's Trocadero Room.
Having shared stages with Texas is the Reason (US), Coast Arcade (NZ), and Sienna Skies throughout 2026 amid a frenzied year for the band, Finding Better Health's drunken march continues, headstrong and forthright as ever.
